Your Hands Already Know The Way.
This course teaches you how to listen.

Classical Chinese Medicine Practitioner, 20 years in clinic.
JOIN NOWMost women who find me are already doing everything right.
And still, their body is talking to them in a language they haven't been taught to read.
Tension that won’t release. A nervous system that stays switched on. Energy that drains faster than it’s restored. Hormonal shifts that feel like losing ground.
Acupressure is not a workaround or a supplement. It is one of the oldest clinical tools in Chinese medicine — a direct way to speak to the meridian network that governs how your body regulates, recovers, and renews itself.
This course is for you if:
- You want to understand your body through the lens of Chinese medicine — not just manage symptoms, but read what your body is actually communicating
- You’re in midlife and feel your body changing in ways that standard advice doesn’t address
- You want a daily practice that takes minutes and works at the level of your nervous system, not just your muscles
- You’ve seen acupressure content online and want the real clinical framework behind it — not approximations
- You want to be able to build your own sequences rather than following someone else’s formula forever.
In over 20 years of clinical practice, I have used acupressure with patients facing everything from chronic stress to hormonal transition to pain that wouldn’t respond to anything else. And I have watched, repeatedly, as women discover that their own hands carry more intelligence than they were ever told.
This course gives you that knowledge. Precisely, practically, for life.

About Angela Chambers
Chinese Medicine Practitioner, founder of Yin Sanctuary
I trained in Chinese medicine in Australia and China, qualifying in 2003. Since then, I have worked in clinical practice with women navigating the full arc of their hormonal lives, from the first signs of perimenopause through to the years beyond.
My practice is rooted in classical Chinese medicine, Five Element theory, Taoist energetics, and the understanding of Jing, Qi, and Shen as the architecture of a woman’s vitality. Not as metaphor. As a working clinical framework that I use with patients every week.
The Art of Acupressure grew directly from my clinic. These are the points, sequences, and principles I reach for most, the ones I have taught to patients who wanted to continue the work between sessions and in their own hands.
I am also the founder of Yin Sanctuary, a teaching community for women in midlife. This course sits at the heart of that work.

Tension that won’t release. A nervous system that stays switched on. Energy that drains faster than it’s restored. Hormonal shifts that feel like losing ground. Acupressure speaks directly to the meridian network behind all of it.
