Perhaps you found me through one of my acupressure videos.
You may already have begun to notice that your body has its own language: tension that returns in a particular place, energy that changes throughout the day, emotions that move with your cycle, or symptoms that become clearer when you look at the larger pattern.
Yin Sanctuary is where we learn to listen more carefully.
It is my monthly membership for women who want to understand their body through the lens of Classical Chinese Medicine and develop practical ways of working with their energy, emotions and changing rhythms.
You do not need previous knowledge.
You only need curiosity and a willingness to pay attention.
A Month Inside Yin Sanctuary
Each month has its own theme, but the rhythm remains simple.
✧ We begin by orienting
I introduce a subject from Classical Chinese Medicine and show you how it relates to the body, the meridians, the Five Elements, emotions and everyday life.
✧ We explore through teaching
You receive clear explanations that help you understand what you are noticing in yourself.
A month might include the Heart and the movement of Shen, the Lung and the experience of letting go, the Spleen and nourishment, the Liver and the need for movement, or the Kidneys and the preservation of your reserves.
These themes may connect with the seasons, but the teachings remain relevant whenever you enter.
✧ We bring the subject into practice
You receive guided acupressure sequences, meridian practices, movement, reflection or simple ways of bringing the teaching into your daily life.
The purpose is to develop a relationship with your body that becomes more personal and more precise over time.
✧ We meet for integration
Once a month, I meet with you live to deepen the theme, answer questions and bring the teaching into real life.
You can ask your questions in either German or English, so you can participate in the language that feels most natural to you.
You can attend live or return to the replay when the timing suits you.
The Living Library
When you enter Yin Sanctuary, you receive immediate access to a growing library of teachings that you can return to again and again.
Inside, you will find:
Five Elements & Meridian Wisdom
✧ The foundations of Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water
✧ Meridian pathways and body awareness
✧ The relationship between organs, emotions, rhythm and environment
✧ Practical acupressure and meridian practices
✧ Ways of observing your body with greater intelligence
Seasonal & Cyclical Understanding
✧ How to work with changing phases of energy
✧ The qualities of growth, expression, nourishment, release, rest and storage
✧ Feminine timing and the conservation of energy
✧ Ways to recognise when your body is asking for a different rhythm
The Five Qi
✧ You also receive full access to The Five Qi, my signature course on the Five Elements, available in both German and English.
✧ Each element is explored through nature, the body, the psyche, rhythm and medicine.
✧ You can move through the course gradually and return to it as your understanding develops. The same element often reveals something different when you meet it at another stage of life.
What Makes Yin Sanctuary Different
There is a great deal of health information available online.
Yin Sanctuary gives that information context.
Classical Chinese Medicine teaches us to look at relationships: between the seasons and the body, between emotion and movement, between rest and vitality, between what we experience and how our energy is circulating.
Inside the Sanctuary, you learn to observe those relationships for yourself.
You are given a language for what you notice and practical ways to respond.
You can also engage with the teachings and ask questions in German or English, making the Sanctuary accessible whether German or English is your preferred language.
The deeper purpose is simple:
To help you become more familiar with your own energy system, so that health becomes something you can participate in with greater understanding.
"Angela has a rare gift for making profound teachings understandable and tangible. The Yin Sanctuary helped me reflect on my life and begin changing things. The Coherence Manual is practical, accessible, and something I can genuinely work with."
- Lisa, YS member Berlin
-Marina
"Angela is a big inspiration for me, and in the Yin Sanctuary we learn how to go even deeper in the elements and how to live in harmony with the cycle of nature.
Every day I learn something new, and step closer to live the life that is meant for me."
-Heidi, Holistic Healer and Sound therapist, Norway

Registered Classical Chinese Medicine practitioner and teacher
I have practised Chinese Medicine since 1999 and have spent more than two decades helping people understand the relationship between their symptoms, emotions, lifestyle and overall wellbeing.

I believe the body already knows.
Sometimes we simply need to learn how to listen.
